Stramel Intermediate This class is a follow-up to the Jewelry I class or for students with prior experience soldering and basic jewelry making skills. Students will create more complex pieces using the skills they have obtained. More confidence will be gained along with more jewelry techniques. This class will help the student decide if they wish to continue to make jewelry and invest in the equipment that they will need. Steve has a BA in Art from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. His major was Ceramic Design and production and Drawing, with a minor in Graphics Design, Art History, and Film. He has worked as an Exhibit Specialist and Graphic Artist at the UA Museum, a CAD Designer and Computer Programmer for Dillard’s Department Stores and also had successful careers as a Chef and a CAD draftsman. He is currently self-employed as a Jewelry Designer and has been living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico since 2005 designing and selling his work in both Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel Allende, Mexico.
