Fifth Annual Fundraiser: A Party with a Purpose
Friday, October 26th, 6:30 - Midnight
The historic Crescent Hotel located on 75 Prospect in Eureka Springs,
Arkansas, will host ESSA's fifth annual Mad Hatter's Ball on Friday,
October 26th. Starting at 6:30, check-in begins and the silent auction
will be open in the Crescent Hotel Conservatory, including an exceptional
selection of art pieces from local artists and past and present instructors
of ESSA. Local and regional patrons have also donated fabulous items.
Browsing and bidding is highly recommended!
The Crystal Dining Room will open at 7:30 with good hors d'Oeuvres
and a cash bar. Live music, provided by THE BIG 'UNS (The Ed Nicholson
Band), will start at 8:00 and the fun continues with dancing and hat
contests. Meanwhile… the silent auction continues in the Conservatory.
The first table will close at 9:00 PM, and tables will continue to
shut down in fifteen minute intervals, so you may need to keep an
eye on your favorite items. Then, to top off a perfect evening, a
War Eagle Breakfast buffet will be provided between 10:30 - 11:00
in the Crystal Dining Room.
Remember that wearing a hat is a must for entry! Being creative could
win you a prize: $100 for Best Hat (Juried) and $100 for Best Hat
(People's Choice).
Tickets are $50 per person and seating is limited. So, call 479-253-5384
