Dichroic Glass Fusing and Art Clay Silver

Students will spend two days of glass fusing and three days of Art Clay Silver. During the glass fusing portion, they will learn jewelry cab fusing, using dichroic and other glass. Glass selection, cutting and assembly will be covered. During the Art Clay session, cabs from the fusing class will be used to create pendants, bracelets, earrings or other jewelry pieces. Proper use of silver clay, cleaning and polishing techniques as well as torch and kiln firing will be covered. All supplies will be made available for purchase in class. All tools will be provided.
